Johann SOMMERFELDT und Pauline geb. YESKE.

I have been doing research on the Sommerfeldt-family for some time now.
I came across where there was a Christoph SOMMERFELD (no "t"), whose
children had the last name with a "t". My ancestors from Posen, Germany,
(once noted in Kreis Kolmar).

My Great Grandfather was John (Johann) SOMMERFELDT (b: 1845),
who married Pauline (YESKE) Sommerfeldt (b: 1854).
Johann and Pauline came over in the 1870's.

I'm still searching for John's (Johann's) family. I know he had a brother
that came to the U.S. and they lost touch with each other.

My goal is to find any relation in the Sommerfeldt / Sommerfeld family.
I believe many relatives have either of those two spellings, also I have
found some ancestors have changed their name to "Sommer".

If anyone has any information please email me.

I have started a Sommerfeldt Family Reunion and I would like to find all
and any relation to John (Johann).
